Bengals Offensive Snaps Against The Jacksonville Jaguars

JACKSONVILLE, FL - OCTOBER 09: Andy Dalton #14 hands off to Cedric Benson #32 of the Cincinnati Bengals against the Jacksonville Jaguars during play at EverBank Field on October 9, 2011 in Jacksonville, Florida. (Photo by Grant Halverson/Getty Images)

Cincinnati's offensive line displayed their first act of cohesion this year when Bobbie Williams took part in 69 of the team's snaps this weekend. Neither Mike McGlynn or Clint Boling rotated in due to Williams' impressive conditioning program that allowed him to play the entirety of Sunday's 30-20 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Follow the jump for the offensive breakdown of the team's snaps on Sunday.

Seeing the lineman have

34 run blocks and 35 pass blocks brings a smile to my face. THAT, it would appear, is balance.

Something I notice, which may be part of the reason the run game wasn't good

Pressley was in for 21 plays of which he run blocked 17 times. To me that means the Defense can know ahead of time that when Pressley is in they are running 80%(or more) of the time.

Looks like they need to have Pressley in on more of the passing plays, if nothing else but to make the opposing D respect that they may pass out of those formations a bit more frequently.

+1

Definitely would give Benson a better chance to gain some yards, since he doesn’t seem to make plays on his own.
