Whats Really Goin On???
Taylor Mays injury really must be worse than than the Bengals are letting us know. 6 games in, and he’s still not playing. Am I missing somethin, or is his “knee” seriously damaged?
I don't see Mays listed as doubtful...
am I missing something? Haven’t been so lucky with Jennings and Mays thus far…what’s the deal? The Colts record definitely doesn’t reflect how good they are. Painter has progressed nicely and I have no idea why the Colts ever bothered with Collins. I have faith in Zimmer and his defense. I just hope that Benson comes out and runs strong. I really think the success of the Bengals is going to rely on Benson (especially in this game). I would love to see the Bengals score some major points and make this look like it was an easy win.
I'm guessing they're just giving him time to learn the position and get better as a player.
There’s nothing wrong with bringing a guy along slowly, especially when your defense is playing well without him.

Maualuga
That injury is going to sting. Alot. He has been a tackling machine and forced some big plays for us. Not having him against the Colts will suck, especially if the Colts run it with their big RB Carter. But it will hurt even more if he isn’t healed up for out trip to Seattle. Seahawks O-Line runs alot of stunts, and Rey would be key to stuffing it.
Brandon Johnson
Will we see Brandon Johnson any while Maualuga is out? Granted, Lawson and Thomas have played well thus far, but Brandon Johnson has served the Bengals well the last few years at the LB position.

Do we know the extent of Rey's injury?
I heard he said “it’s not medically broken.” Not sure what that means, but that doesn’t sound good.
