I’ll make this quick. Those of you on here calling for Carson to play terribly and hoping he gets injured are pathetic. He was cursed by being drafted by Mike Brown and given the responsibility of turning around the worst franchise in the NFL and after the dark ages of the 90s he did just that; by leading us to two division championships and allowing the city of Cincinnati to experience what it’s like to have a team in the playoffs again. Yes, you can whine and moan about him not fulfilling his contract or about how much money he was paid but get over it. The bottom line is he gave us eight solid years as a Bengal. He had to put up with Mike Brown, Chad, the TO debacle, and the revolving door of criminals and distractions that filled his roster. Not to mention he put up with unruly, pathetic fans who threw trash on his lawn and booed him at home games. It was clearly the time for both sides to move on and he handled that with about as much class as anyone. He never publicly criticized the Bengals or its fans despite their being plenty to criticize. Lastly, if for no other reason, you should hope he does well so that 2013 pick is in the 1st round. Up until this season Carson is the only reason I've been able to see a somewhat successful Bengals team in my lifetime. I will always be a fan of his and I wish him the best in Oakland, only exception if he's playing the Bengals. Who-Dey?!
