According to Wikipedia, Mike Brown has 115 wins. Marvin Lewis has 56 of those wins. That means MB has only had 59 wins will all the other coaches he had for 13 years. How bad would MB be if he did not have Marvin Lewis? It shows that Marvin Lewis has influence in the front office.
Marvin Lewis needs that playoff win. If he gets that, I would think MB considers handing him more decision making responsiblities.
