On Tuesday we posted that Bengals rookie wide receiver A.J. Green was nominated for the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week and rookie quarterback Andy Dalton was nominated for the GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week. Both were fan votes.
And you guys were a big part of one.
The Cincinnati Bengals announced that Dalton won the GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week after engineering a 20-point second half against the undefeated Buffalo Bills, orchestrating the game's winning field goal as time expired. During the second half, Dalton completed 11 of 16 passes for 182 yards passing with two touchdowns (one passing, one rushing).
This is the first GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week won this year by the Cincinnati Bengals. Cedric Benson was a nomination for week one after a 39-yard touchdown during the closing moments against the Cleveland Browns in week one.
Dalton and the Cincinnati Bengals will take their good mojo after a come-from-behind upset against an undefeated team into Florida to take on the favored Jacksonville Jaguars this Sunday.
