Bodog has released their second half NFL odds, highlighted by a teams odds to win the Super Bowl, AFC/NFC Conference Championship, as well as their respective division. Not surprisingly, the Bengals are moving on up. In the pre-season the Bengals odds of winning the Super Bowl were 150/1. They currently sit at 40/1 odds. For comparison's sake, the Ravens sit at 9/1 odds, Steelers at 12/1 odds and finally the Browns at 750/1 odds.
Looking at the odds to win the 2012 AFC Championship games, Bodog has the Bengals sitting at 14/1 odds making them the seventh most likely team in the AFC to represent the conference in the Super Bowl. The Ravens come in second behind the New England Patriots with 7/2 odds of making it to the Super Bowl. The Steelers are right behind them in third place with 5/1 odds. Unfortunately for Browns fans, their team is looking at 250/1 odds.
The AFC North division has come down to a three team race. The Ravens, courtesy of their season sweep of the Steelers, are sitting at 5/7 odds of winning the division. The Steelers have 2/1 odds of winning the AFC North. The Bengals are looking at 4/1 odds of winning the division. Finally, the Browns come in at 250/1 odds of coming out on top.
What do you think Bengals fans? Is Bodog right on or are they undervaluing the Bengals potential to succeed this season?
