Ron Jaworski, analyst of ESPN's Monday Night Football has once again selected the Bengals to win this week versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. Last week "Jaws" selected the Bengals to topple the Titans and in week eight he selected the Bengals to beat the Seahawks.
Both of these games were wins in the Bengals five game win streak. During this five game streak one factor has remained constant, Ron Jaworski has picked the Cincinnati Bengals to win. And as Josh mentioned previously, every time Jaws has picked the Bengals to win, they have came away with a "W".
For those wondering out of the entire ESPN crew only Ron Jaworski and insider Chris Mortensen picked the Bengals this week. (Yes, Merril Hoge picked the Steelers.) But in all fairness, Jaworski does have the best winning percentage out of all of the experts on the panel with making the correct pick 71% of the time.
I admit, I am one to buy into superstitions. When I go to Bengals games I bring the same items I did to the last time I saw the team come away with a victory, and when at home I try to stick to the same game day routine every time. So reading Jaworski is predicting a Bengals win this week, gives me a little bit more confidence going into Steelers weekend. Not that I wasn't feeling confident in the team already.
