According to The Cincinnati Enquirer's Joe Reedy, the Bengals have placed linebacker DeQuin Evans on the teams practice squad injured list.
It's not currently clear as to how Evans was injured or how bad his injury is, and we're not 100 percent sure how the Practice Squad Injured List works, though we imagine it's the equivalent of Injured Reserve for active roster players, but it sounds like he's done for the season.
Evans, a defensive end, was an undrafted free agent signed by the Bengals out of the University of Kentucky. He was cut from the team before the season and when he cleared waivers, he was the first player to be signed to the practice squad.
Now that Evans is on the Injured List and Brandon Ghee has been moved up to the active roster in the wake of Leon Hall's season-ending injury, there are two spots open on the Bengals practice squad that need to be filled.
