Open Thread: Monday Night Football
The Minnesota Vikings travel to Green Bay to play the Packers on Monday Night. Realistically, this game doesn't have the same appeal that it would have if Brett Favre was still the Vikings quarterback, but football is football and that's better than nothing, right?
The Packers are easily the best team in football and the Vikings have struggled this season. I doubt that it will be an exciting game but it your fantasy game depends on tonight's game it might be fun to watch.

Aaron Rodgers is really good
But I’m sick of Tirico acting like a giddy little school girl whenever he talks about him.
Holy Crap
Collin Cowherd just said that Dalt

Frankly, I think he will do okay. The Texans system is better suited for him
I also dont think they will ask him to air it our 25-30 times unless they are a couple of TDs behind in the 3rd quarter. Their two headed running game will give him a lot of cover and I am not sure we will be able to contain them without stacking the box at least a bit. That will soften the secondary a little. Leinart really isn’t a bad QB – he hasn’t proven to be able to handle pressure like Dalton, but he can spin it if he has time. I don’t think he will be able to handle the pressure we can bring so if we rattle him early in obvious passing situations his effectivness will fall off.

The only team i see beating the pack is in their own division
Lions and bears, no one in the afc can beat em. Rogers is easily the best in the league at the age of 24
what about the 49ers
Wrong! Conan! What is best in life?
To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women.
Sometimes everything just lines up for a team
GB is in a great situation. They aren’t old and they have 6 WRs who can play. But, if Rogers goes down they go with him. Their D is very good Raji and Mathews are top notch.
Their special teams are also very good. They have really put a rather bullet proof team together as long as they keep Rogers clean. I think he is the best pure passer since Marino but is more elusive. As long as he is on the field thay can beat anyone.

I don’t know if I’d say they go down as Flynn has proven to be a good backup. Not saying they would do as good, but I don’t know if the drop would be that much.

I guess what I meant and poorly expressed was the their invincibility goes down
With Rogers, who I think is the best pure passer to come along in 30 years(Marino)and the best all around QB since Montana I would say they are as invincible as any team that has been around for quite a while. Without Rogers they are still good but Rogers puts them in a different zone IMO. He ain’t Unitas but he and Montana are as close as I have seen.
