A Las Vegas district attorney stated that Adam Jones would not see any jail time for the two misdemeanor charges filed against him in July. Jones was ordered by a Las Vegas judge to stay out of trouble and to complete 200 hours of community service after a 2007 shooting in a Vegas strip club that one person paralyzed and two others wounded.
David Roger, the Clark County District Attorney, said that Jones would punished by adding an additional 75 hours of community service onto the existing 200 hours for his July arrest in which he allegedly pulled away from Cincinnati police officers and shouted obscenities in a bar.
Jones has completed his original 200 hours of community service by working with the Special Olympics in Northern Kentucky. He is now waiting to face trial for misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
His probation for the Las Vegas strip club incident ends on February 23.
