careers against the seahawks?

n/a But I can totally see why a cut and paste was done for this week.

That said. I think the Titans are a pretty solid team overall. I have been surprised to watch C.Johnson this year with such poor performance. I don’t think he will fare any better this week either, unless he finds that one tiny seam and takes off.

This one is going to be a test to see if the Bengals are ready for the big time.

The Bengals Have Three Straight Games With A Deffensive Touchdown

We face a team that has allowed 10 sacks compared to the Seahawks who had allowed 23. We’ll need continued defensive pressure and to do a better job in the secondary against Hasselbeck. The Titans are ranked last in rushing so we’ll need to shutdown Johnson and Ringer and avoid a breakout game on their part. They’re giving up on average 129 ypg via the ground so we can hopefully break the century mark. This will be a definite test for us and hoping that we rise to the occassion.

I think the Bengals match up better w/ the Steelers than the Titans.

That very good pass protecting O-line is going to give this D fits if Hasslebeck is on target.

Thus I guess my key to the game is Pac Man.

W/ the Bengals having one of the top 3 Run D’s in the league, and the Titans having a horrible running offense, we should see the Titans pass. A lot. The Titan’s are one of the best pass protecting teams in the league, and our pass D is shaky if we aren’t getting to the QB in time.

Thus, if Pac Man can step up and be a shutdown corner, good chance of winning. If Kelly Jennings is the #3 corner and gets picked on like he did last week, could be a long day. Oh and Leon Hall? Please play better this week.

I dislike being in a game where our corners are going to need to win it for us.

I feel a lot better about Leon vs. Nate Washington

than Leon vs. Sidney Rice.

Johnson...

hasn’t impressed this year, but he’s still a threat every time he touches the ball. I think the D will be able to keep him contained, though.

As others have already said, the key will be collapsing the pocket and disrupting Hasselback’s rhythm. He’s a better QB than Jackson, and Washington is a good WR. I think whoever wins the battle between the Bengals front D line and the Titan’s O-line will determine who wins this game.

This game makes me nervous

If the QB has time to throw they could gut us. Our biggest quality this year has been the pass rush. If we get to the QB we are gold… If not- this game is up for grabs. With the additional of Chris Johnson and his slashing running style it could be dangerous. If Rey is back you have to believe he’ll be a little slow at first. If they block like Denver with Johnson running it’ll be tough. With the Offense’s sometime slumps. You have to hope that they click and click often. I don’t like how Simpson disappears at times either. The biggest positive is getting Ced back. He should be hungry to show out Scott and let people know he is the work horse back. Must win game in my opinion cause the next few weeks could be rough.

I dont care what Chris Johnson's stats are....

That man is still Chris Johnson and could go crazy at any time. Great learning opportunity for the upcoming divisional games.

This is a game the Bengals should win, I think Adam Jones will play a big part in this game. If he doesnt play its a big hit for the Bengals D, The secondary seems to fall a sleep sometimes so they better get after the qb big time
