Who Dey! And hello fellow Bengaldom. We are going to have a tough "statement" game ahead with the Titans. The Titans are a good, solid team competing for the AFC South crown. There will be several keys to this game like stopping the Titans rushing attack, which I believe we can do. No disrespect to the Titans, but our "D" is only giving up 3.3 yrds per carry, 2nd in the NFL. While their Defense is tough too, I believe that we can eventually establish a passing game after setting up the run. Teams are averaging 4.3 yds per carry against the Titans. However the major test will be if our Defense can get to Hasselbeck. Hasselbeck is completing 63.1% of his passes, with 11 TD's vs 6 ints, and has only been sacked 9 times. He is a top tier QB having a brilliant season. Our passing Defense is 7th in allowing just a 57.6% completion rate, 11th in QB rating with opposing QB's having an 81.1 rating, and 3rd in Passing TD allowed with just 6 given up all season. The national media says we haven't played any good QBs but I disagree with that:
Vs. Alex Smith of the 6-1 49ers.
Just 201 yds, 0 TD's and sacked 5 times.
Vs. Fitzpatrick of the 5-2 Bills.
Just 199 yds, 0 TD's and hit 6 times.
