Rey's left hand forced the fumble but it never touched the football...
UPDATE: Rey didn't get his wish. He's working out on the side with Jermaine Gresham and the Bengals trainers. However Adam Jones is "dressed and practicing."
Bengals linebacker Rey Maualuga hasn't practiced since hurting his ankle during an October 13 practice, the week leading up to the Indianapolis Colts. He's missed the previous two games as a result, and this week, he worked on the side during Wednesday and Thursday's practice. Today that song may have a different tune (which will be vastly more beautiful) if it pans out that way.
According to Kevin Goheen of the Cincinnati Enquirer, Maualuga "says he's going to practice today". Dan Skuta and Brandon Johnson have rotated in as replacements, playing admirably and in Johnson's case, quite effectively. In other injury news, Geoff Hobson with Bengals.com tweets that cornerback Adam Jones is "going to try" and practice on Friday.
If Maualuga and Jones practice after working on the side earlier this week, even though they'll likely be listed as questionable, it wouldn't totally rule out their return against the Titans on Sunday.
