Friday Injury/Practice Report: Gresham and Maualuga Doubtful for Week 9 Game Against Titans

The Bengals are a little banged up heading into their Week 9 matchup against the Titans in Nashville. It looks as though they will be without middle linebacker Rey Maualuga and tight end Jermaine Gresham, neither of whom practiced at all this week and they are officially doubtful for the game on Sunday.

As for the Titans, the only player who is out for this game is safety Chris Hope. Aside from the players that are on either teams' IR, the Titans seem to be a little more healthy than the Bengals heading into their matchup on Sunday.

I was really hoping to have a full lineup against the Titans

This game is very important IMO. We are heading into the tough part of the schedule and to start that with a win would be huge. Gives this young team even more confidence, takes a little of the pressure to win off, and puts them in a better situation to make the playoffs.
