For the second time this season, fans voted for Cincinnati Bengals rookie quarterback Andy Dalton as the winner of Pepsi's NFL Rookie of the Week award.
#Bengals QB Andy Dalton has been named the Week 12 Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week. Thanks for the votes. You guys rock!
The first time Dalton won the award was in Week 9 when he led the Bengals to victory over the Titans in Nashville by throwing three touchdown passes in a game for the first time in his young career.
He won it this week by leading the Bengals to a come-from behind victory over the Browns in Cincinnati in Week 12. He completed 21 of 31 passes for 270 yards and a touchdown for a 105.6 passer rating.
Dalton is one of three rookies to win the award more than once. The others are 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith (won in Week 5 and Week 6) and Raiders wide receiver Denarius Moore (won in Week 2 and Week 10).
Hopefully Dalton is nominated for the award again after Sunday when a Bengals victory over the Steelers.
