If we only got a hold of Yates on that 3rd & 15...
we wouldn’t be biting our nails right now because we already would’ve clinched a playoff berth already. I know— shoulda, woulda, coulda.
I’m keeping a positive mindset and sending good vibes to Cincy for a WIN this weekend! Who dey!
We Believe!!!
Not so fast my friend....
Okay, so the Bengals blew that game. One game does not a season make.
2 point loss at Denver
5 point loss to San Francisco
7 point losses to both PIT and BLT
1 point loss to Houston
one blow out loss to PIT
This team could easily be 14-1 or 4-11 and anywhere in between.
That is why simply saying that drive could ultimately cost a playoff spot. 5 games won by 7 or fewer. Only one win by more 10 and that was courtesy a punt return and Turnover score at Seattle.
A season is just that – more than one game. Put Yates in the past, paint a target on Flacco and Rice, then return the favor to HOU in two weeks.

What may cost us the playoff berth is that one last play in the game
where Dunlap got the sack but tweaked his hamstring. Lost games without him that he likely would have turned into wins.
... I still say it was a touchdown, got tammit.
