They aren't going anywhere.

Your shipping our coach out cause our team goes 9-6 and possibly 10-6 to squeak into a wildcard spot???

Come’on man!!

Yes we love our new coaching staff, why because for once in our miserable fan-dom we have hope, but most teams are not looking for one year wonder kid or a two year Sem-successful DC, they want a Cowher or a Phillips or a Turner to step in with maturity and experience. From what I can tell we don’t need to worry unless we make it into the second third or final rounds of the playoffs. Only then do I think we worry but I still feel like any coach who would walk away from a team like this is a moron and we can do better without. Both have built one hell of a new franchise and then they are gonna just bolt, I don’t think so.

I read some comments on how Gruden feels, and honestly I know he has to back his guys but he is adamant that this is his team, and he takes full ownership for his offense. Would anyone in their right minds as a OC walk away from Dalton, Green,Gresham,Shipley,Simpson, Hawkins, Whalen, Whit, Collins, and our soon new feature back hopefully Richardson or a good FA? Hell No!!!!

And on DC, Zimmer is the man in Cincy, why would he walk away from what he has built, a elite unit that fights for him, think he could walk onto another team and in two years take them to the SB cause that's how I feel about our D. He's not gonna walk away from a future SB unit, unless the Pats or the Steelers pull him away which I highly ever doubt and only use it as an example of where he would want to be.

Lets get off the horse that everyone wants to ride, our coaches aren't going anywhere!!!!!
