The Bengals were again without some of their big-name players during practice on Thursday. Not only did Carlos Dunlap and Nate Clements miss their second day of practice this week, but Cedric Benson sat out of practice on Thursday with a foot injury. However, it's not all bd news. Safety Chris Crocker returned to practice on Thursday as did right tackle Andre Smith.
For the Texans, both wide receiver Andre Johnson and linebacker Brian Cushing missed practice again on Thursday. Even though Johnson is considered a game-time decision, the idea that he will not play should be comforting to Bengals fans because of their banged up secondary.
