Lot's of people here have mentioned that free agent RB Michael Bush would be a great offseason pickup for the Bengals. Well, maybe ya'll will get your wish. Bush was charged with a DUI in Indiana, meaning Mike Brown has almost certainly placed Bush's agent on speed dial.
Bush, 26, was pulled over for a traffic violation by Indiana State Police at 3:47 a.m. in Jeffersonville, police told the Courier-Journal.
He was then booked into Clark County Jail and released about 1 p.m. on his own recognizance.
Bush, a fourth-round draft pick out of Louisville in 2007, was the Raiders' second-leading rusher last season with 655 yards and eight touchdowns. He is expected to become a free agent this offseason, pending a new collective bargaining agreement.
Seriously, this does work out for the Bengals, who won't mind at all but can now get him cheaper. That's what they always want, plus they get a talented guy who's suddenly eager to prove some things.
