Is Cincy more of a baseball or football town?

I am personally from Southwest of Dayton and have been a diehard Bengals/Reds fan my entire life. I have been living in Cleveland for the last 9 years (don't worry, living behind enemy lines only fuels me to dislike the Browns even more)...I am often asked this question and struggle a bit to answer: "Is Cincinnati more of a baseball or football town?" It's a tough question to answer for a few reasons.......1) The Reds are the oldest MLB team and have a rich history (Big Red Machine namely) 2) The Reds have recently been successful (last year at least) and look to have a bright future (Votto, Bruce, Chapman, Leake) 3) The Bengals had some success in 2005 and 2009 (Carson looked to be QB of the future, couple good drafts in a row, expectations ran high) 4) For better or for worse (more of the latter recently unfortunately) the Bengals are in the headlines far more (albeit for the wrong reasons normally) 5) Lastly, there is no NBA team so you only really have 2 choices (not counting UC hoops of course). So I ask you Who Dey Nation, if you had to choose only one team to follow......who would it be (Reds or Bengals)?
