'On Jan. 30, The Cincinnati Enquirer bannered a headline suggesting that the Bengals were making new and steep financial demands on Hamilton County. The headline was not accurate in any reasonable sense.'
The Who Dey Perspective is a bad example of Bengal Front Office propaganda. As a season ticket holder it is frankly embarrassing and shameful. In its latest 'issue' it seeks to justify why Hamilton County needs to foot the bills for additional improvements to PBS at a time when the County cannot provide services to those who desparately need them in this recession. It's just another example of the heartlessness of the Brown Family. While they might be legally correct, the real question is, what is the RIGHT thing to do? Can't the Brown wait a few years until the economy straightens outs or indeed, publicly FORGIVE the County of its obligations? And, this is happening at a time when the NFL is negotiating BILLIONS of dollars of worth of income! Talk about another PR fiasco. It's bad enough when you field a poor team (managed or otherwise) and overlay that with bad PR.
