Analysis of Wide Receivers taken in the first round of the NFL Draft 2000-2009

I found a good article by Andy Ferman, showing that taking a wide receiver at the top of the 1st round is the biggest gamble in football.  THEY JUST AREN'T WORTH IT!!!  Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald are the EXCEPTION, not the rule.  3 out of 17 of the receivers picked in the top 10, are worthy of elite, playmaker status, and none have rings to show for it.
