"My understanding is when the offense changes personnel, the defense is allowed to do so as well and have time to do it," Shurmur said. "Now we'll all see. I'm going to have to go back and watch the tape to see if that actually happened." I deleted my game recording already so I couldn't check if they actually subsituted, but I'm not sure it even matters if the defense doesn't even try to change personnel (which they didn't). So I think Shurmur's comments are just sour grapes. Anyone have something more than just a guess on this one?
