Infirmary Report: A.J. Green Probable, Robert Geathers Doubtful
As we pointed out on Thursday, Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green was limited during practice, which was wonderful news for observing Bengals fans that watched the gutted wide receiver position after Jordan Shipley went down with a season-ending ACL injury and Jerome Simpson allegedly getting a hairbrained idea after watching an episode of Breaking Bad.
Even though Green was limited again on Friday, the purpose of sitting Green during team-based workouts (aka, 11-on-11) was nothing more than a precaution according to Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis, saying that Green's toe was "a little sore". Green will start on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.

He played a bit in preseason.
Did ok, but nothing spectacular. Gave up a few plays. Hasn’t played regular season yet due to injury. A lot of people seem to be really high on him and thinking he’ll come in to our secondary and give it a huge boost. I think that’s unreasonable to expect at this stage, but hopefully he’ll be able to get the right training from our coaches to contribute and even maybe eventually be something special.
Thanks for the input
Im really impressed with your early performances and didnt see it coming. I thought AD would need a while to adjust, but the lockout has looked to favored the rookie QB’s so far. It’s too bad you guys have a dark cloud hovering over your players. I think the Benson suspension should be overruled, the commissioner is messing everything up with fines and rules. Great job Union pres!

does this mean Dunlap and Whitworth are healthy?
Moisture is the essense of wetness, and wetness is the essense of beauty.
let me rephrase since no player is completely healthy...
but are their respective knee and foot ailments improved back to normal?
Moisture is the essense of wetness, and wetness is the essense of beauty.
It means they are almost undoubtedly going to play.
And that’s about it.
Change gone come mane! Trust me! Cause i Bleed tigerblood!--Jerome Simpson
