Bengals Workout Three, Including Former Bearcats WR Vidal Hazelton

According to Aaron Wilson, the Cincinnati Bengals invited and worked out three players recently. Former University of Cincinnati Bearcats receiver Vidal Hazelton, former Connecticut offensive tackle Zach Hurd and former Baltimore Ravens center Ryan Bartholomew.

Bartholomew, a former center for the Syracuse Orange, threw up 34 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press during the 2011 Scouting Combine. Bartholomew was an early favorite for the 2010 Rimington Trophy Watch for best center in college football. The former Ravens center was released last week when teams were required to reduce their roster to the 80-man limit.

Hazelton, former UC wide receiver that signed as an undrafted free agent, was also released last week by the San Diego Chargers. Hurd, an undrafted free agent signed by the Seahawks, was released by Seattle last week.

All three players are possible candidates for the team's practice squad after the 53-man roster is set this weekend.
