Bengals last 6 games vs. Cleveland
2008 Week 4 in Cincinnati L 12-20
The Bengals led 6-3 going into the 4th quarter, but could not overcome their 5 turnovers, including 3 Ryan Fitzpatrick INT's, a Fitzpatrick fumble, and a Chris Perry fumble.
Chris Perry managed 28 yards on 12 rushes while FItzpatrick posted a 44.5 passer rating with 156 yards
2008 Week 16 in Cleveland W 14-0
The 2-win Bengals shutout the 4-10 win Browns behind Cedric Benson’s career best 171 yards rushing (on 38 carries). The Browns struggled through 4 terrible QB’s that season, and the Bengals abused their 2 worst, Ken Dorsey and Bruce Gradkowski, who only totaled 76 yards on 22 attempts, with 0 TD’s and 4 INT’s. The defense was led by John Thorton’s 2 sacks and Leon Hall’s 3 INT’s.
2009 Week 4 in Cleveland W 23-20
After missing a 23 yard FG earlier in the game, Graham hit a 31 yard FG in overtime to win the game for the Bengals. The Bengals’ leading receiver was JP Foschi with 3 catches for 44 yards. The Ocho had 2 TD’s on 3 catches for 24 total yards. Benson had a typical 18-74-0 line. Brandon Johnson paced the defense with 9 tackles.
2009 Week 12 in Cincinnati W 16-7
Bengals’ backup RB’s run over the Browns to give the Bengals a sweep of the AFC Central. Larry Johnson ran for 107 yards and Bernard Scott added 87 more. The Bengal’s lone TD came on a 4 yard TD pass to JP Foschi. The passing game was relatively quiet with 110 total passing yards by Palmer. Brandon Johnson led the team with 7 tackles.
2010 Week 4 in Cleveland L 20-23
Despite a great passing day by Palmer (371 yards, 69% and 2 TD’s) the Bengals can’t overcome his 2 fumbles, and fall to a winless Browns team. The Browns were powered by 107 yards and a TD from newcomer Peyton Hillis. The Browns TE’s had half of their receiving yards and only receiving TD. Terrell Owens had 10 catches for 222 yards and a score, but a blocked Mike Nugent FG attempt (his only miss in the first 5 weeks of the season) allowed the Browns to squeak by with a victory.
2010 Week 15 in Cincinnati W 19-17
Cedric Benson’s 150 yards on the ground pushed the Bengals past a great performance by Colt McCoy who threw for 2 TD’s 0 INT’s and 243 yards with a 76% completion rate. Andre Caldwell led the team with 89 yards receiving and Bernard Scott added 40 on the ground. Clint Stitser was money, hitting 4 of 4 FG’s (all of which were 20 or 30 yarders). Browns TE’s again accounted for half of their receiving yards and a TD. Hillis was held in check with only 59 yards. Defensively, the Bengals sacked McCoy 4 times, including 2 from Carlos Dunlap.
So we can conclude that the Bengals have won 4 of 6, including 4 of the last 5. Half of their contests have been decided by 3 points or less, including a loss & OT victory which both included the Browns blocking a Cincinnati FG attempt. In the second matchup of each season, the Bengals’ RB’s run crazy over the Browns for nearly 200 yards. In the Bengals’ 2 losses, they had more turnovers. And in 2010 the team with the QB who had an awesome game ended up losing. The games are not high scoring affairs with no team scoring more than 23 points.

you forgot to mention a fantom defensive holding penalty on a bengal defensive lineman which allowed them to run off the clock.
