Very Good!!! A couple of points

Thomas Howard will be here because we have him for another year so it will be between Keith Rivers, Manny Lawson and Brandon Johnson (2 of 3)

I love the Nicks and Meachum pick ups, they would be my number 1 targets this offseason.

Not sure about Jenkins, I’d personally prefer Denard

Jerome Simpson – Someone made a very good point to me in another post. Because of Jeromes national exposure (the flip) he has gained a lot of noteriety from other teams and may actually demand more than we anticipate in free agency, if that’s the case I’d let him walk. I still think we will be OK because Binns should ready to contribute and if we have Meachum and Shipley as our #2 and #3, therefore I think we will be fine @ WR

LaRon Landy will cost a fortune in FA, so I’d try to draft a safety with one of our top pixks in round 2 instead of Polk and then take Pead in the 3rd or 4th as our RB.

Lastly, I’d let Kelly Jennings walk, I’ll admit he did play better his last couple of games but I still think he kind of sucks and that’s just my opinion

nice points

but too me jenkins talent is better than dennard. i saw Jeffreys get the best of him. And if Simpson comes cheap ill take him or the pick we got from New England for Chad rather than Binns. Im not from Cincinnati so idk who binns is and dont see him helping.

Probably right about Landry but its not a good safety draft and id rather have Polk instead of a safety unless its Barron and i doubt hell be there. Were gonna have to cash in on him or get someone else on FA maybe eric smith as a cheaper option.
And Jennings is a pretty good 4th/5th corner.

and pead is nowhere near Polk. and probably not ready to carry an nfl team. IF Trent Richardson falls then its him at 17. If both de castro and richardson fall, we get kirkpatrick or best cb available and Lamar Miller at 21 and hopefully cody glenn falls to us in 2nd or get best Guard. I hate trading down for players because picks are more important and itcomes very expensive and is risky. but ultimately any combination of cb-rb-g, g-cb-rb rb-cb-g is preferable for first two rounds

i mean if both de castro and richardson are taken not if they fall for my 3rd sentence in 3rd paragraph

what?

simpson gets more money for doing a backflip?? any player in the nfl can do one.

perhaps not..

A few queries

Who’s the back up C, there’s only 7 draft additions we have 9 picks, if you cut Peerman who’s replacing him on ST he’s been our best tackler there, I don’t agree with the Isiah Pead comment if we have that OLine we’ll do just fine with a combination of RB though I like Polk but the 2nd round pick has to be CB or G if we don’t get DeCastro or take Konz, CB all similar height hoping we get three CB in draft speed ball hawk and tall and please let Kelly Jennings walk fill his spot with a rookie CB

O-Line is beastly

Well done. Anyone can become a successful RB behind that line. So you have DeCastro, Jenkins and Polk being the first three picks? Only questionable move is Landry at safety…doubt that happens, but one can hope.

whos backup center?

That’s an important position to rely on boling or Hudson who’s not a true center.
If drafting 2 dline I would bet frostee goes too then. Leaving 2 picks, Geno, peko, sims, dunlap, mj, fanane.
Landry is a long shot for sure after going after a high priced guard not going after a high priced saftey too.

It this were to actually occur........

then no one would be arguing it’s a SB contender at the very least. I wish the CBA part about us having to spend to the cap kicked in this coming year……I think we’ll focus on re-signing most of our own and maybe, maybe get one FA from this list. My hope would be G, but I would expect more of a WR (Meachem would work) because of the issues with Simpson.
