Fellow Bengals Fans
I am new to Cincy Jungle. I have always come here to get my latest Bengals updates but just recently decided to join so I could comment with fellow fans.
I am 33 years old, so I was only 4 during the first Super Bowl, and don't remember it, but I do remember the second one. We had family come up from Cincinnati, as we live in Springfield, and had a big party. I remember the whole day as being so much fun. Then I ended up a crying 10 year old girl at the end of that game, but I also thought to myself, they have a good team and they will be back soon. BOY, was I wrong!
I have remained a die-hard fan, and always will. I still go to my dad's house every Sunday to watch or listen to the games, when I am not at PBS. And I still have that hope that I did when I was 10, but now, that hope feels real, like I am not kidding myself anymore. For once, I feel like I root for a team that can contend year in and year out for a long time.
Just wanted to get others thoughts on this, do you all feel this way, or am I dreaming??
Either way, WHO DEY! and glad to be here.
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Cincy Jungle's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Cincy Jungle's writers or editors.

welcome to the Cincy Jungle
the more the merrier, the future pretty much all depends on good ole Mikey boy, so let’s hope he keeps with the trend of making good decisions!!!
personally
I don’t want to see Marvin fired, I want him to be promoted to G.M. while handing the reigns over to Zimmer as head coach and hiring Jack Del Rio as Defensive Coordinator. Who Dey!!!

"The future's so bright, I gotta wear shades.(com'in from a 42yr. fan).
Let’s just all pray that we retain “Zimm” or move Marvin up to GM
and make the “Zimmer” our new Head Coach.
Welcome Aboard Ben-GAL !!

As a fellow Springfield native aand resident - welcome to the group.
I am not sure if you are married but if you are your husband is lucky to have a football fan wife. My wife doesn’t know a first down from a fence post and is not at all interested in football at all.
