What is a pair of great COAs worth?

I have the opportunity to acquire a great pair of Bengals seat COAs. They are on the 50 yard line, 1st row, right behind the Bengals' bench. I have been to many great games in those seats, including both recent playoff games, and I have never been in a better seat for a sporting event in my life.

My problem is I have no idea how much they are actually "worth". There is no info on starting price on the Bengals website right now, and there is some time sensitivity here (for the season tickets for next season). I know the stadium has not been filled, and I know COAs are selling a bit below retail price on sites like ebay, but I have not been able to even find a comparable comparison for a location like this.

So I am throwing it out to you folks:

- What was the "official" price for this past season, for anyone that bought lower level COAs?

- What would you pay for something like this, assuming a modest budget and realizing that you have to pay $1600 for the season tickets right now too?

I'd rather these seats not go back to the Brown family to resell

Though in principle I agree with you. I wouldn’t be buying brand new season tickets right now.
