GRUDEN NEEDS TO CHANGE UP THE OFFENSE.
Gruden needs to figure out some new plays for our offense. He needs to copy the Saints, or Packers play calling style. We have the recievers to torch a defense we just have to use them right. If you ever watch the Packers or the Saints it seems like there unstoppable, and they go for the other teams juggular always having guys running wide open. Some might say it's because of Rodgers, or Brees, but i say the plays also help them out. But they are good qb's. Dalton in my opinion will progress greatly during the off-season. He showed signs of progression each game from the 1st preseason game. He became more relaxed but it seemed like he started to lock onto one reciever as the season went on & he got away from the nickle and dime pass game and started to go for the 15-20 yard passes. In my opinion we should have Aj running slants more & have Gresham go across the middle on posts & play like Jimmy Graham does. When Shipley comes back that will be even better, and i think Ryan Whalen is on the come up as well so he might be another Shipley weapon for us, but one guy im not for sure of is Simpson. I'm not sure if he'll be our starter or not but we'll see. In my opinion he should be on the team just for depth and we should try an find another weapon for Dalton. But Gruden HAS to change up his offense and have everybody running out in the open spaces somewhere. Im not saying completly change his offense, but change it up somewhat to where we can be a good passing offense that can't be stopped. We have the talent.
