I love the Glenn and Rainey picks BUT

none of the other picks does not get us to the next level. This team has to address the WR position early in the draft if the offense is to take that next step. Andy Dalton needs someone to take pressure off Green. If we can steal Michael Floyd or Alshon Jeffrey with pick 17 would be a steal and really set us up…….Nick Toon has nice size but thats about all.

I think Glenn is too high

He should be there at 21 if he is the best available guard, and we cna take the best available corner first.

It must be inordinately taxing to be such a boob. ~ The Brain

These Corners are our only best option

Dre Kirkpatrick
Chase Minnfield
Stephon Gilmore
Jayron Hosley

What would you rather have..

as our 2nd 1st round pick if we took Floyd with our 1st pick…….we need a guard,cb, & SS We would have to take a CB with our 2nd round pick if we took a guard in the 1st.., i don’t think there will be any starting material cb material in the 2nd besides Hosley & i think he’d be a backup. And If you wanted to use a 1st on a safety it would have to be Barron, that means we would need to take a guard in the 2nd, Kevin Zeitler would be alright, but the main thing im trying to do is find the best value for each of our picks where it could help out. I think having an Elite reciever in Aj is fine, along with having Gresham and Shipley. We could add a WR in a later round in my opinion. But i wouldn’t mind having Floyd. Also not a big fan of Jeffrey.

i like the.positions, not the players

Switch konz for Glenn, and gimlore or dennard for minnifield. Also see picking 2 wideouts is just wasting a pick, he probably gets cut bengals usually don’t keep late wideouts around. I like the 2nd round dt, nick toon, and crick, Rainy is to small, might as well use baby hawk instead.

What do you mean.....replacement for Peko??

What makes you think Peko is going anywhere?

PPL don't realize...

PEKO gets double team leaving one on one situations for the rest of the line… If you want to look for a replacement I’d look at who is going to possibly replace Rucker and Fanene and Wolfe would be a great fit next to Atkins in passing situations and help with the run as well.

Peko get's man handled being pushed back 3 yards at a time, he's not very consistent

Alameda Ta amu will be a steal if he falls in second, he is very agile for his size and can actually take on double teams and still get to the qb. We need a guy like that to line up next to Geno.

That's a reach for Minnifield.

I’m not a huge fan of this mock. Sorry. I’d rather go RB in the draft than free agency.

I'm throwin' rocks tonight! Mark it, Dude.

+1

I’d rather go to Free agency for Oline too…

I'm sorry but this draft is terrible.

Reaching everywhere and drafting high for spots that we don’t need.

What do you do when there's no way out? Find a way to get deeper in it.

More on Toon
Dane Brugler @dpbrugler
WIS WR Toon out of #SeniroBowl – have strong concerns about his durability at next level…always seemed nicked up or hampered w/ something

Hmm Lamar Miller
Eric Galko @OptimumScouting
Scouts “unsure” about Miami RB Lamar Miller; Apparently getting shoulder surgery AFTER #NFLDraft. “Very surprising” if he goes in 1st round

by Oregonbengalsfan on Jan 23, 2012 3:34 PM EST reply actions

I heard the same but

It wasn’t gonna be a major surgery. I would rather it be a shoulder than a knee or leg problem. I don’t think he would have declared for the draft if it was going to be a problem.

haha

Your definitely smoking something if you think that. I hope he does drop to us in the second round. Even better for the Bengals.

by EPK1979 on Jan 23, 2012 9:54 PM EST up reply actions

Well i completly disagree with your opinion on Peko....he lacks consistency

Just to let you know..My opinion is just as valid as your opinion is….You opinions aren’t a fact oregonbengal….I’ve watched every game this season and recorded and watched how each player does….Not saying i’m right about Peko its only my opinion..but the tape doesn’t lie.

by Bengal4ever on Jan 23, 2012 5:56 PM EST up reply actions

I know the tape doesn't lie

and I didn’t say what I said is fact, but tape doesn’t show inconsistency or him getting blown back all the time.
