Wish Marvin Lewis was like Andy Reid

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000080781/article/andy-reid-ready-to-tear-things-apart-in-philadelphia

That above link is about how Andy Reid is going to "tear apart their defense". IE - fix it. Calling out his defensive coordinator. A team that already has a better defense is going to be "torn apart". They are #11 right now. All the woe-is-me Bengals fans would be admonishing such a move were it us. "No" they would say "Don't do it - we are #11, there is nothing to fix, stay with the status quo!". But things are brought to the surface and people called out and mistakes fixed.

Not with Marvin Lewis. Same old tired lines. Same old lack of accountability. Same old dearth of any attempt at fixing the problem. Heck, he isn't even admitting a problem. He is calling out players for being unmotivated when he should be the motivator-in-chief. Speaks volumes of how much accountability when the guy who is supposed to do his job is calling out others for not doing his job. Do your job, Marvin Lewis. Fix yourself. You are the problem. Once you start walking the walk, you can start talking the talk. Until then, your players won't respect you.
