Steve Wyche evaluates teams at .500 as either Glass Half Full or Half Empty.
Steve Wyche with NFL.com offers his take on the 11 teams currently sitting at .500, including the 3-3 Cincinnati Bengals. Following an evalution, broken into a "glass half full" and "glass half empty" category, Wyche makes a postseason prediction. Due to the AFC being rather vicarious towards each other's win totals, Wyche sees the Bengals making the postseason, saying that "nine wins could do it."
The schedule is not easy, but they're about to play three straight home games with a bye in the mix. The defense has been surprisingly suspect and must tighten things up, especially in the AFC North. Andy Dalton and A.J. Green have something special and tight end Jermaine Gresham has shown up, although not consistently enough.
The Cincinnati Bengals won't leave the state of Ohio to play a football game until November 18, when they head to Kansas City in Week 11 against the Chiefs.
