Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ryan Whalen will make his season debut against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football. Whalen had spent the first six games on the inactive list as the team's seventh receiver. However Armon Binns suffered an ankle injury at some point during the week, listed as probable during Friday's injury report.

Whalen, selected in the sixth round of the 2011 NFL draft, has four career games under his belt with four receptions for 27 yards receiving in his career -- including a three-reception performance in Week 16 against the Arizona Cardinals.
