It is time for Marvin Lewis to get fired. He has been given more than enough opportunity. Probably more than any other head coaches would ever get on other teams. I do not care where he goes; make him GM, fire him, just do something. He always looks lost on the sidelines. I do not know who we get to replace him but there are plenty of choices out there. For example, there is Mike Zimmer. Give him a chance. Hire Jon Gruden and reunite him with his brother. Just find somebody. It is time for a change.
