The AP Pro32 is devised of a 12-member panel. After ranking the Cincinnati Bengals, they add their impressions on the team.

The Associated Press put together a panel of so-called experts, analysts and writers with the task of ranking all 32 teams in the NFL. The ranking that they named the Associated Press Pro32, ranked Cincinnati No. 14 following the Bengals 27-10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 12-expert panel included comments about the Bengals latest ranking.

Chris Berman (ESPN, 14) — Quietly winning below AFC North radar.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 14) — Have quietly put together three-game winning streak with consistent play.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 12) — Comment currently unavailable

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 9) — If Dalton to Green doesn't get your attention then maybe a defence that leads the league in sacks will.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 14) — More aerial magic from Andy Dalton and A.J. Green as Bengals make it three straight to keep pace with Baltimore.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 10) — The Bengals lead the NFL with 17 sacks.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 8) — The more I see of Andy Dalton, the more I wonder if he's not the best quarterback in last year's class.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 9) — Mike Zimmer's pass rush gets after people. Just ask battered Blaine Gabbert.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 12) — They still don't beat playoff teams, but they also don't lose to anyone else. The defence is improving and Andy Dalton has lots of weapons on offence.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 15) — This team is explosive on offence led by quarterback Andy Dalton and wide receiver A.J. Green. And DC Mike Zimmer can coach some ball.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 8) — A 27-10 road rout of Jacksonville marked Cincinnati's best defensive showing of the 2012 season. Wide receiver A.J. Green (six catches for 117 yards and one touchdown) wasn't bad, either.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 12) — Three straight wins has the Bengals trending up. We'll see if the trend continues against the Dolphins.

Lynch ranked the Bengals at No. 15, the lowest among the panel. Clark Judge (CBSSports.com) and Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com) were the highest ranking at No. 8.
