As most of my twitter followings know, since the Cincinnati Bengals lost against the Miami Dolphins, my credit card was automatically shutdown because someone had stolen it and purchased things -- at Walmart, where I haven't shopped since high school. Then earlier this afternoon, my ceiling began leaking tremendous amounts of water during a cool sunny day and early estimates suggest I need to replace the drywall, tile and baseboards. And I think I'm developing gout.

Other than that, great couple of days and Happy Columbus Day.

Now an open thread to wind down the heavy day with a little football. Does anyone really think that the Jets have a chance?
