Hum. Terrible weather conditions usually helps neutralize massive talent gaps. Maybe... just maybe. No.
This game also gives Cincinnati Bengals fans an opportunity to scout their next opponent. Because it's not like we're actively looking for Chiefs games (even on Game Rewind).
