The Cincinnati Bengals were afforded some benefit during this week's power rankings, thanks to a dominating win against the New York Giants on Sunday. Or as the media likes to call it, "what's wrong with the Giants". Yet the Power Rankings lately -- and even the Bengals -- reminds me of:
