The inactive list is out and the Bengals welcome contributors back to the fold.
The Cincinnati Bengals released their inactive list on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders and it's not surprising. Andrew Hawkins (knee) was doubtful, as was tight end Richard Quinn, who is out (would have been an inactive anyway). Cornerback Jason Allen is the odd man out on the secondary depth chart, as is Armon Binns who has probably been supplanted by Ryan Whalen on the receiver depth chart. Rookie defensive tackles Devon Still and Brandon Thompson are out; mostly because of the numbers.
Wide receiver Marvin Jones and safety Reggie Nelson are both active for the first time in recent weeks.
