Manny Lawson Forces Carson Palmer Fumble In Fourth Quarter; Bengals Recover

Stay connected for news and updates

The Bengals went from a 24 point lead at halftime to a 14 point lead with 2:21 left in the 3rd quarter. The Bengals began their drive after a touchback started them off at their 20 yard line. The Raiders were limiting the Bengals to short gains from both BenJarvus Green-Ellis and Orson Charles. Facing 3rd and 5, Andy Dalton was sacked - crushing any opportunity for the Bengals to maintain some possession during the second half.

Punt. Raiders begin another drive at their own 44 yard line.

After a 6 yard gain by running back Jeremy Stewart, the Raiders headed into the 4th quarter facing 2nd and 4 at midfield.

The 4th quarter began with Manny Lawson swatting the ball from Carson Palmer's hands, and Rey Maualuga recovered the fumble.

Bengals will begin on the Raiders 46 yard line at the start of the 4th quarter.

Perhaps there's a much needed shift of momentum in favor of the Bengals during the 2nd half after all.
