I certainly hope we are above pouring beer on the guy. I feel really bad for him if that truly did happen. No excuse for that.

In contrast, a beer vendor next to me dropped his entire supply of booze down the stairs and every fan I was next to helped pick them up and give them to the vendor. This is the type of behavior we should be displaying.
