Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrew Hawkins was a recent (and sudden) addition to the Cincinnati Bengals injury report on Friday with a reported knee. Typically when players surface on the injury report on Thursday or Friday, it means that something happened that week during practice.

Remember when Thomas Howard wasn't on the Wednesday injury report in Week Two? He was limited the following day with a knee (meaning he missed a portion of practice after suffering his injury) and was placed on IR by the end of the week with a torn ACL.

Yet whatever happened that placed Hawkins on the Injury Report on Friday can't be that signficant. He still participated fully on Friday, listed as probable this Sunday against the Denver Broncos.
