Let's play a game. In this game, our very own Jay Gruden is named the new head coach in Philadelphia. Who would you guys like to see come in as our new offensive coordinator?

For me, I would be thrilled if Norv Turner came in to run our offense, and his name would be the only one on my short list. I am certain he will be fired as head coach at San Diego, which is a good thing. He is 100 times the coordinator compared to head coach. I think his offensive schemes are still relevant today, and he would make our running game near the top in the league, while finally bringing the screen pass into town.

Having said this, I'd like to see our 3 coaches come back for one more year together to see how big of strides we can make this off-season, and keep this momentum going.
