Hes been interviewed before and didn't land any jobs. But after this season I can see teams going after him like hungry wolves. Our defense started the year horrible, then turned it around, that's mainly coaching. If we lose Zimmer, we might be screwed on the defense side of the ball, he makes busts into game changers, not too many coaches can say they've done that. He might be worth keeping here more than some of the players we have on this team. I don't see any coaches that can come in and make our defense better or stay at this high level.

What's everyone's opinion on the situation? It could be a bigger situation then we have ever had.
