Anxiety shifted the stomach into a roving sea of nausea, fingernails chomped to nothing. This was the final moments of Cincinnati's eventual 13-10 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, clinching a spot for the postseason while eliminating the Steelers from the playoffs.

It took nearly three hours for my hands to stop shaking in what was the most gratifying postseason-clinching victory I can remember. Hell it was the most gratifying win.
