Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sport
If you want to relive one of the most gratifying wins in recent memory for the Cincinnati Bengals, Wednesday night is your chance.
Heartbeat erratically pounding so hard that it nearly broke out from the rib cage like a Xenomorph (Google it) after the transformation. Anxiety shifted the stomach into a roving sea of nausea, fingernails chomped to nothing. This was the final moments of Cincinnati's eventual 13-10 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, clinching a spot for the postseason while eliminating the Steelers from the playoffs.
It took nearly three hours for my hands to stop shaking in what was the most gratifying postseason-clinching victory I can remember. Hell it was the most gratifying win.
Want to relive it? Sure you do.
The NFL Network is re-airing Cincinnati's win over the Steelers on Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET. Knowing now how it pans out, you might be able to enjoy it with a little less anxiety.
