Cincinnati Bengals safety Chris Crocker was forced out of the regular season finale after suffering a quad injury against the Baltimore Ravens. In what seemed like a precaution to limit Crocker's injury, the Bengals held him out despite the starting safety telling Mike Zimmer that he was "good to go."
On Monday Crocker joined Lance McAlister on Bengals Line on 700 WLW, saying:

According to Paul Dehner Jr. with CBSSports.com, safety Chris Crocker, who left the game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, told defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer he was "good to go" back into the game.
The Bengals decided to keep Crocker out for the game, apparently as a precaution to get ready for the first round of the 2012 playoffs next week.

BenJarvus Green-Ellis suffered a hamstring injury during pregame warmups, an already potential hit for the Cincinnati Bengals offense for the postseason. Here's hoping it's minimal.
But he's not alone now.
Bengals starting safety Chris Crocker suffered a right quad injury during the Baltimore Ravens touchdown possession, taking a 7-0 lead. The team announced that Crocker's return is doubtful, with the added hope it's just a precaution, like Green-Ellis.
