Do we know who is going to fill our coaching spots?

Are we gonna just wait like FA period for all the good ones to be gone before we make a move? Lets Get Rod Woodson!!!!

I don't like that this seems to be the MO right now, makes me feel like our FA period might be very similar which in turn makes me think we will not get Grubbs Nicks Meachum Jackson Bowe or Landry..... Cause they will sign quick ...

On another note, I've seen a few people have us drafting Jeffery as our 3rd pick, I might not be totally against this. Also depends what the other two picks are.....I'd love a OL or a S, but a shutdown Corner would be perfect. I loved the Gilmore pick earlier that was Mocked....how good is this guy? I've seen a few stats on him but never seen him play.

I'd love to have Woodson

And think there’s a real good possibility we get him as well. I like the Gilmore pick as well and think with his potential Woodson would be a great asset.

His contract was just a 1 yr deal in Oakland right?

And I figured since they are cleaning house he might be available….Man I would love that

All good in the neighborhood friend...

I’ve been wanting him to coach here since that camp. I think he and lewis talk in the same language…plus I don’t think Zimmer would have a problem otherwise he wouldn’t of been at the camp that year.

I think he did a good job with the Raiders this year. I think there is a shot that he could land here.

yet brown rarely hires anyone that the fans want. some of his coaches and assistants grow on us – zimmer, duffner, lewis for example. some wear on us, bratt and alexander for example. some are never embraced by us, the last 2 TE coaches we’ve had.

Only in a dream ....

But how bada** would our D feel with Zimm Sanders and Woodson. I know that just cause a player was good that doens’t always translate into a good coach, but these guys are top notch players. I would hope they could really teach a lot and maybe even get the guys a little more tougher like the old days.

As per......Gilmore, How good is this guy?

I’m from Florida and have watched Janoris Jenkins play, A Lot !!

Janoris Jenkins would be a great value @ 17 & a steal @ 21

He has superior "man 2 man" skills, ala….Revis
and usually plays w/a big chip & aggressive attitude ( guy always makes plays)

His off field stuff can be straightened out.
"Zimm" will be a great mentor for him and
raise his maturity as well as his potential.

I think "JJ" learned a valuable lesson when FLA. let him go (he deserves a chance).

I think he and "Claiborne" are going to be phenomenal CB’s in the NFL.

You really can’t compare "JJ,s" skill set to that other
CB everybody keeps touting( Gilmore).

If it wasn’t for his off-field issues, we wouldn’t even be discussing this,
cause "JJ" would be a Top 10 pick w/o question!!

At 17 or 21, in today’s NFL, which is unquestionably a PASSING league, it would be foolish to not take this kid if he drops down to us.

In my opinion, Gilmore is not as Flypaper , Fluid , Fast or as aggressive as J.J.

In the long run………..J.J. will outshine him (Gilmore is a reach @ 17 & 21).
while Jenkins would be a steal.

Again, just my opinion (we’ll see how it pans out).
