What if
What if at 17 Richardson and DeCastro are both available?? Could we trade up and get them both?? Would Mike Brown be able to pull that off?? One can only wish!! I would take back everything I ever said about him. Also when do we have to be closer to the salary cap is it this year or next? What if we had this draft added a RB like Martin, Wilson, or Miller and Reggie Wayne in FA?? One can dream can't he??

Would love to get TRich and DeCastro
and Wayne would provide a good veteran presence for our young WRs and fill the #2 need until a young one is ready to take his place.

Yes
I have loved the idea of Wayne mentoring AJ and he would still be a dangerous #2 WR he would be like an extra QB coach and i agree with getting a RB in the 1st round but then the best available DB. Also i think they should resign Collins and let him play tackle, move Smith to guard then we could get a couple extra OL in the later round maybe round #3 and one of the #5 basically i feel they should get a couple key components in the draft for offense but then devote more picks to the defense
I know its way too early
But I have a feeling DeCastro is going to be there when we pick. I just think some guys will shine at the combine and move up the draft boards. Yes he is a top 5 player imo but when guys move up it will make a player at a position like guard move down.

Pretty sure this has been discused before with no real outcome you need a poll
Anyway for those two to realistically fall to us IMO 5 out of these 7 players will be needed to be picked before us. Mike Adams T, Kendall Wright WR, Ryan Tannerhill QB, Janoris Jenkins WR, Michael Floyd WR, Mark Barron SS
Easy
1 – Indianapolis – Andrew Luck
2 – St. Louis – Matt Kalil
3 – Minnesota – Justin Blackmon
4 – Cleveland – Robert Griffin
5 – Tampa Bay – Morris Claiborne
6 – Washington – Riley Reiff
7 – Jacksonville – Jonathan Martin
8 – Miami – Quinton Coples
9 – Carolina – Michael Brockers
10 – Buffalo – Melvin Ingram
11 – Kansas City – Devon Still
12 – Seattle – Janoris Jenkins
13 – Arizona – Luke Kuechly
14 – Dallas – Dre Kirkpatrick
15 – Philadelphia – Kendall Wright
16 – New York – Mark Barron
… Richardson and DeCastro… available… :)
Free Agency....
As much as we hope that we sign Grubbs or Nicks, its very likely that those teams will target those players as well.
If they both are there 17 I think you take DeCastro
And you will not need to trade up to get Richardson b/c I beleive if Richardson falls to 17 he will fall to 21 as well based on the teams drafting at 18, 19 , and 20
Someone else may trade up to take Richarson, but I agree
MB shouldn’t hesitate to offer our 4th round pick to move up from 21. (I would be hesitant to use the third, and wouldn’t use the second.)

i'd do it for a second.
21 and a second for Trent Richardson? Done.

If that happened.........
the curse on our franchise may very well finally be lifted! It is possible, I have a feeling someone is going to trade up for TR, but think we can get Martin in the 2nd anyways. Would be more than thrilled just if DeCastro fell to us and we take a CB with the other pick.
