According to a Tweet from The Cincinnati Enquirer's Joe Reedy, the Bengals will be making some changes in the team's personnel department, but like the changes made to the coaching staff, the changes will be made one at a time.

There have been quite a few changes in the Bengals organization in the last couple years and when a team has a history of the opposite of success, change isn't a bad thing. The changes in the personnel department are likely when we'll finally hear about who will be replacing Jim Lippincott, the former Director of Football Operations who retired after the 2011 season.

It will be interesting to see who joins the team's personnel department and who leaves in the coming days. Until then, enjoy some Bob Dylan.
